For doctoral students paper publishing and registration are free of charge. However, it is mandatory that at least one of the authors have to participate in the congress for the paper presentation.

Bandırma Vapuru (Ship): Kemal Atatürk together with staffs arrived from istanbul to samsun by ship in May 19, 1919.
Kurtuluş Parkı (Independence Park) : Mustafa Kemal Atatürk arrived Samsun where starts  the Independence of Turkey in May 19, 1919.
Amazon köyü (Amazon village), Amazonlar , Amazon is a fully formed nation of female warriors history, Homeland Samsun / Terme.

Bird Paradise (in Turkish called “Kuş Cenneti”)

Kuş Cenneti (Bird Paradise): More than 270 species of birds have been recorded at the lake. Important bird species include white-headed duck (Oxyura leucocephala), Eurasian spoonbill (Platalea leucorodia), greater flamingo (Phoenicopterus roseus), plus breeding populations of the vulnerable Dalmatian pelican (Pelecanus crispus). Migrating great white pelicans(Pelecanus onocrotalus) often roost at the lake.

Amasya (Historical Place)

Amasya: Amasya has a history of 7,500 years which has left many traces still evident today. It has a long history as a wealthy provincial capital, producing kings and princes, artists, scientists, poets and thinkers, from the kings of PontusThe Rock Tombs of the Pontic kings carved into the cliffs overhead. During the early Ottoman rule, it was customary for young Ottoman princes to be sent to Amasya to govern and gain experience. Amasya was also the birthplace of the Ottoman sultans Murad I and Selim I.

Shirin and Farhad's  legend place in Amasya

Shirin and Farhad: The nearby mountain  is named for Farhad , the hero of the legend, who for love of the princess Shirin tried to win her father's favour and permission by tunnelling through the mountain to bring spring water to his palace. Sadly, while he was working he was sent the false information that Shirin had died; upon which he threw himself onto the rocks in his grief. And his beloved princess died soon after. The story has since become a play by Nizami Gencevi in 12 centure, and an opera by Arif Melikov.

Vezirköprü (Historical Place)

Vezirköprü: This area  in 1906, 1939 and  1943 has undergone a significant earthquake and although with it historical manument left behind by Seljuks and Osmans still retains the architectural features.  This places are of important historical monuments and the bazaar in the city should be visit.
Vezirköprü dates back to the Hititler (MÖ 2000 - MÖ 700). The first city which was found by Hititler, up to 25 km is far from city center. This Vezirköprü firstly established. Nerik, holy city of the Hittites',are thought to be Vezirköprü.

Amisos Hill

Amisos tepesinin (Amisos Hill or old name Baruthane Hill): At Amisos Hill, tumuli called Baruthane Tümülüsleri (Baruthane Tumuli), are found containing tombs dating back to an era between 300 BC and 30 BC, believed to belong to one of the families that have been identified. It was discovered on 28 November 1995 and The hill features an archaeological museum and a café-restaurant  and has been a historic preservation area.
